How delivery will work.

VALEDRIA isn't shipping products yet, so exact carriers, delivery windows and costs aren't confirmed. What we can commit to now:

• — Australia launches first, with the United States and United Arab Emirates to follow once local fulfilment and returns are properly in place.
• — Duties and taxes, where applicable, will be shown clearly before you pay — not added as a surprise on delivery.
• — Because fragrance is a regulated dangerous good in full-bottle quantities, some shipping routes and methods are genuinely constrained by international freight rules, not by us.
