What we collect

Currently: the email address and, if provided, first name you submit when joining Sillage, taking the scent quiz, or contacting us; your quiz answers, if you choose to have your result emailed; and basic, aggregated site analytics. We do not collect payment information anywhere on this site, because no checkout exists yet.

Why we collect it

To send the emails you've asked for, to match your scent profile to the collection once it exists, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it.

Who it's shared with

We intend to use Klaviyo for email and Shopify for commerce once each is live. We do not sell personal data to anyone, for any reason.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or until it's no longer needed for the purpose you gave it to us for.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted at any time via our contact form. This is intended to satisfy the Australian Privacy Act, applicable US state privacy laws, and the UAE PDPL — final legal review is pending, per the note above.
