Our approach, stated plainly.

A few things we can commit to now, ahead of exact policy detail:

• — Opened fragrance is generally non-returnable, on hygiene and dangerous-goods grounds. This is standard across the category and we won't pretend otherwise.
• — Unopened items will carry a genuinely generous return window.
• — If something arrives faulty, that's on us to fix, in full.
• — Where Australian Consumer Law guarantees apply, we won't contract out of them — no return policy on this site will ever attempt to override your statutory rights.
